Shipping — Republic of Ireland
CALYVRA® currently ships within the Republic of Ireland.
Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day after payment is confirmed.
Delivery typically takes approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weekends, public holidays, adverse weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders under €44.99 — €3.99 tracked delivery
Orders of €44.99 or more — FREE tracked delivery
For our current CALYVRA® Laundry Detergent Sheets offers:
1 Box — €3.99 tracked delivery
2 Boxes — FREE tracked delivery
3 Boxes — FREE tracked delivery
The €3.99 delivery charge is a subsidised contribution towards the cost of outbound delivery and does not represent the full courier cost. CALYVRA® covers the remaining delivery cost.
Where FREE delivery is offered, CALYVRA® covers the outbound delivery cost.
Returns & Cancellations
For eligible online purchases, consumers have statutory cancellation rights under applicable Irish consumer law.
CALYVRA® also offers a voluntary 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on qualifying first purchases of CALYVRA® Laundry Detergent Sheets made directly through calyvra.ie.
Under the voluntary guarantee, the trial is limited to up to 3 normal washes / a maximum of 3 detergent strips used.
For multi-box orders, only one retail box may be opened for the trial. Additional boxes must remain unopened and unused if a full bundle refund is requested.
The voluntary guarantee is subject to the full conditions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Return Postage
For returns made under the voluntary CALYVRA® 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return postage.
FREE or subsidised outbound delivery does not include free return postage.
The original €3.99 delivery charge is not refundable under the voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee, except where required by applicable law.
Different rules may apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
